Ordering Orders can be made by e-mail, mail and phone. You will receive an Order Acknowledgement, that confirms availability and payment options. See payment options above. Some Extra Information We quite understand a degree of in trepidation on the part of new and even experienced mail order shoppers in dealing with a new company. We assure you that we have many happy and delighted customers. Rather than paste in what might be deemed fabricated glorious responses to our plants and service; we advise you to check the link to the Garden Watchdog on our Resources Page found in the Advise-HELP section. The Garden Watchdog collects opinions by the buying public on mail order nurseries. We haven't had many posted but its independent. We welcome feed back and continually strive to improve our service. If there is a problem with a shipment please contact us immediately. GUARANTEE We guarantee that our plants our true to name. Our nursery is licensed and inspected by the WV Dept. of Agriculture, and we hope the plants you receive are healthy and destined for a long happy life. We cannot guarantee against poor plant selection, poor planting, unusual weather conditions. If you are not happy with the plants please contact us immediately. We will not be liable for more than the cost of the plants you receive. SHIPPING We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00 on all shipments. We reserve the right to change this on special orders and. Your shipping charge will appear in your Order Acknowledgement. (Shipping fee is included and not charged on Gift Certificates and Wreath orders). We ship to the following Eastern US States: ME, VT, NH, NY, MA, RI, CT, NJ, PA, OH, MI, WI, IL, IN, KY, WV, MD, DE, VA, NC, SC, GA, TN, MO, KS Please contact if you live elsewhere and we will quote you on shipping and advise on plant suitability. Plants will be shipped in cardboard cartons, by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. We send orders on Monday / Tuesday to mitigate against plants being locked up over a weekend. Orders are shipped on your requested date or the first Monday after money has been deposited into our account. You will receive an expected shipping date in your Order Acknowledgement. If we are very busy, we may have to roll you over to the next shipping week. We always inform you when we ship and an expected time of arrival. Shipping contact information only needs to be provided with payment after receiving your Order Acknowledgment. Name, address, phone number , e-mail. Gift Certificate Orders. Make sure we have the recipients shipping information and any message for card. PAYMENT CHOICES On receipt of your order we will send you an Order Acknowledgement. This will reveal any shortages we may have, add up plant total, and add shipping @ $8.00 Orders shipped to WV locations will have 6% Sales tax added. You then have a choice whether to send Check, Money Order or use PayPal for credit card processing. Please do not send cash. Check and Money Orders : We acknowledge receipt of both, by e-mail, or phone and confirm shipping options. If paying by check we will not be able to ship until the money is deposited into our account. All checks / Money Orders made out to, Plant and Gnome. Credit Cards : We do not take credit card information over the phone. We use PayPal as our credit card processor. PayPal is a very popular service, fast becoming the industry leader in safe financial online transactions. PayPal lets any consumer with an e - mail address to securely, and conveniently send payments online. If you are not already a PayPal member, to find out more about this service a link is provided on our Resources page, found in the Advise-HELP section. REFUNDS All refunds are made by check. If for whatever reason a plant becomes unavailable after we have received payment for it, we will send a check by mail. ( This has never happened so far ). If you have sent us to much money we usually send a check with your plant shipment. PRIVACY POLICY We do not pass your information to any other business or organization.
